April 30th, 2010 / Week 17
This week was all about capers with the BCI increasing just over 21.5% reaching shade below 4,000 points – and with it the BDI adding over 11% to end the week reaching 3,354 points. The remaining indices were also positive but nowhere near the above mentioned increases.
There is good sentiment in the dry bulk market at the moment but in general the S&P market is taking a breather this week ahead of the short holidays in the Far East with the number of deals being well below the average numbers of the past weeks. Among others we are reporting the sale of the ore carrier “KAZUSA” (227,183 dwt /blt 1988 Japan) for a firm US$ 23.25 million to European buyers and also the kamsarmax type “ZAGREB”(80,400 dwt / blt 2008 Jiangsu China) for US$ 39 million.

suho si zlato ove teme, svaka čast, još da se Sakai vrati puno bi pridonjelo kvaliteti na topicu ATPL.
Vlaho Lonza je pametan menađer, shvatio je da su napravili tešku glupost u Koreji sa naruđbom cape size broda pa se vadi na naivcima što su nestrpljivi i žele brod odmah, uvalio im je Zagreb za 39 i naručio novi sister ship za 32, nije loše ako je info točna.
nek se nađe: brodari vani svi u plusu osim esea…..ima ih i sa zavidnim postotkom rasta ali to su oni vjerovatno i zaslužili……..e sad, opet se ponavljam: samo da potraje i da i bdi odigra svoju ulogu……….

Cijena broda je dobra kad se uspoređuje sa cijenom broda blizanca. Ako su navedene informacije točne, brod je prodan za nekih 213.7 mil. kuna ili 153.2 kune po dionici, što je nekih 15% tržišne vrijednosti tvrtke. Postavlja se pitanje je li bolje imati gotovinu ili brod s obzirom da će brodarski sektor danas postići najviše vrijednosti u zadnjih godinu i nešto. U svakom slučaju najbolje pričekati službene obavijesti.
Ako je zaista točno da su brod prodali za 39 mill $, a da su gradnju istih brodova ugovorili za 32 mill $, onda se tu ne bi trebalo previše razmišljati da li se radi o dobroj ili lošoj trgovini (iako ja baš i ne volim kada se prodaju brodovi).

mislim da je u četvrtak ali nisam siguran
možda prodaju brod da bi nama isplatuili dividendu,ha ha ha..mislim da je prodaja broda vezana uz jeftin dokup hotela u državnom vlasništvu,to bi bio dobar potez svakako,turizam u dubrovniku je puno sigurniji od kretanja vozarina na svjetskom tržištu..dubrovnik je svake godine u top 10 destinacija svijeta,to nije zanemarivo
