Antonio Alvarez III., kako doznaje Večernji list, bit će novi čelni čovjek Agrokora i bit će zadužen za proces restrukturiranja kompanije.
Alvarez je izvršni direktor za restrukturiranje u Europi u konzultantskoj kući Alvarez&Marsal, koju je ruski Sberbank prije nekog vremena angažirao za pronalazak izlazne strategije u Agrokoru.

Antonio Alvarez III is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal and leads its European practice. Mr. Alvarez has played an integral role in several high-profile turnarounds and performance improvement projects and brings more than 25 years of experience serving public and privately owned companies. He has worked in every major country in Europe, including the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia and Romania.
Since transferring to Europe, Mr. Alvarez has acted as team leader on several international advisory and operating improvement mandates with a number of high-profile multinationals, including: a Fortune 250 international corporate real estate company, a leading global retail apparel company (more than 3,000 stores in over 20 countries), the leading independent multiplatform entertainment company Endemol Shine Group in connection with its merger and integration, Abengoa Group (23,000 employees and more than $20 billion in debt) in connection with its viability, and Edcon Group (second largest non-food retailer in Africa with more than 20,000 employees and 29 billion ZAR in debt), among several others. He provided leadership and strategic focus, as well as execution support, to realise sales improvements, gross margin improvements, and greater productivity efficiencies overseeing plant closures and consolidations, as well as throughput manufacturing improvements. He also improved operational control and predictability of results, staff reductions including back office shared services models, capital expenditure reviews, cash management, financial reporting and right-sizing the capital structure to meet business mid-term needs. He has been directly involved or acted as senior advisor to engagement team leaders related to sovereign and/or financial institution strategic performance improvement / restructuring in countries including Ireland (NAMA), Iceland (Kaupthing Bank), Greece (Agricultural Bank, Postal Bank and Consignment Bank) and the Philippines (Philippine Airlines).
Mr. Alvarez has acted in the following executive roles for European clients most recently: Chief Restructuring Officer and Director of Edcon Group, Chief Restructuring Officer of Abengoa Group and Chairman of Ayming Group based in France.
Mr. Alvarez earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Cornell University. He is fluent in French and English and has basic knowledge of Spanish and Italian.

da kojim slučajem postoje već bi se za njih čulo u london city-u, frankfurtu, milanu i td. nije to nikakva vojna tajna. i dobar keramičar, vodoinstalate, konobar i td. nađe sebi vani posao pa što ne bi i ekonomski stručnjaci.
