MOL opened two petrol stations carrying the Ina brand in Zalakomár, Hungary along the highway Zagreb- Budampest.
These are the first Ina petrol stations in Hungary that have been opened, in order to familiarize the Hungarian consumers with the brand. The Vice President of the MOL group for retail trade, Mr. László Geszti, explained that this is a step toward strengthening the strategic partnership between MOL and Ina. Also, Croatian Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Damir Polančec, and the President of the MOL Board, Mr. Zsolt Hernadi, signed the first annex to their mutual cooperation agreement The agreement states that the Supervisory Board of Ina will have nine members instead of seven. The Government will choose the President of the Board, MOL will have five seats, Government three seats and there will be one employee representative on the board. The Ina management will have six members (three Government representatives and three representing MOL), while the President of the Management Board will be nominated by MOL. This means that the new President of the Management Board will be Mr. László Geszti.
