The Croatian public will for the first time witness public auctions of all kinds of real estate, from apartments to land parcels, hotels and new initiated projects.

This will be organized by the company Aukcija nekretnika founded this winter. It is pointed out in the press release that these kinds of auctions are quite common in the western world and will achieve greater transparency and market liquidity. “The first auction should be held in the second half of September”. The public auctions will be held in hotels in Croatia and interested buyers will be able to familiarize themselves with the properties before the purchase through a catalogue.
