The long-expected INA (Croatian Oil Company) General assembly will take place on June 10th, when the MOL ownership and management structure will be formalized.

The assembly invitation was published in the daily newspapers and announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, after the Supervisory Board decided on Thursday to organize the assembly in spite of the fact that the Croatian Competition Agency is in the process of reviewing the concentration of INA and MOL together in the Croatian market. This is why it was expected that the General Assembly will be postponed until the Agency reached the decision on the measures of limiting the common market share these two companies (since they have the same majority-share ownership structure). Unofficially, we have been informed that the first decision of the Agency allowed for these two to overlap. Specifically, the Assembly can be organized during the negotiations on reducing the market share in retail and wholesale as well as special segments like the market of lubricants, automotive natural gas and bitumen.
