Zagrebačka Banka can commend itself on being the most successful in managing their human resources in Croatia.

At the Second Regional HR Summit in Split, organized by the Posao.hr internet website and supported by Poslovni Dnevnik, the first HR manager award was given to the Manager of the HR sector at Zagrebačka Banka, Mrs. Andrea Mimica. The special HR management recognition was given to Mrs. Vera Frac, advisor in the HR department of Zagrebačka Banka. They pointed out that this is the second recognition they have received for their work in the last two months. The first was given to the HR department by the UniCredit President of the Board, Alessandro Profumo, for special accomplishments within the UniCredit group. “Without all of this, there would be no results,” Mrs. Mimica added.
