Poslovni Dnevnik discovered that, judging by the letter by Marijan Palić, a representative of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) majority shareholders and a member of the Board of the brokerage company Auctor, sent to the Supervisory Board of ZSE, in which he accuses them of incompetence, requesting an immediate meeting to sanction the Management Board of the ZSE, the General Assembly of ZSE scheduled for May 18 will be the peak of the conflicts between the shareholders and the ZSE Management & Supervisory Board.

According to our sources, at the General Assembly the shareholders will be against changing article 5. of the ZSE constitution, which would increase the capital stock from 40.4 million kn by 20.2 million kn through the issuance of new shares. The shareholders are not pleased with this suggestion, as their ownership share would be reduced.
