As of Wednesday, Sunčani Hvar will once again be able to manage its property that was sealed under by order of the Commercial Court of Split.

The Zagreb-based company Inpro managed to block the property of Sunčani Hvar, due to their outstanding debts amounting to 18,5 million kn, incurred for the reconstruction of the hotel. In a settlement with Sunčani Hvar, mediated by the Law firm, Ljubenko & Partners, Inpro sent a formal letter to the court withdrawing their request for bankruptcy procedures towards Sunčani Hvar. On Wednesday, a resolution to the property legal dispute is expected, which has hindered the development of the company. The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Damir Polančec, will present an ownership model accepted by the Orco Group to the Hvar City council.
